Human resources quality improvement from the perspective of Kaizen practices

Kaizen has long been known as an improvement philosophy that starts with small frequent changes to make larger in production. These come from the ideas and creative thinking of employees ensure production conditions processes are continuously improved. However, not only helps motivate think creatively effective methods skills, but it also them develop their capabilities, personality, good work habits. The purpose this paper is show a new approach human resources quality through sustainable active strategy improve performance. With analytical research on relationship between implementation, improvement, efficiency exploratory particular cases manufacturing enterprises Vietnam, authors point out capacity before after implementing (Kaizen) projects. finds significant employee capability (Kaizen practitioners) evaluating resource development process basis six indicators two groups (namely development, personality development) set criteria using 5-point scale. In addition, proposes PDCA based framework 12 contents corresponding stages development. This extends theories related Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen, highlighting how hard soft impacts performance resources.
